I build AI systems and automation infrastructure that businesses can't buy off the shelf. Custom agents, automated pipelines, full products from scratch. Founder of GradFax and Freedman Systems. If you're here, someone thinks I can build what you need.
A selection of public-facing work. Most client deployments and infrastructure builds remain proprietary.
The client-facing studio. Automation, websites, and AI systems for growing businesses: missed-call textback, review engines, AI receptionists, intake flows, and reporting dashboards. Every engagement starts with discovery and ships as a working system, built, deployed, and maintained on retainer. A catalog of 300+ builds across every core business function means there is a match for almost any operational problem a buyer raises.
Autonomous SMS agent that manages a complete inbound sales pipeline without human involvement. Handles lead qualification, objection handling, follow-up sequences, and appointment booking across thousands of simultaneous conversations. 30,000+ leads processed on a single real estate deployment.
College search platform built on verified government data. 6,000+ institutions, real graduation rates, actual salary outcomes by major, and transparent cost breakdowns. Built because families making six-figure decisions deserve accurate information, not paid rankings and marketing copy.
Full automation OS built for a land wholesaling operation: AI lead qualification, seller pipeline management, automated contract generation and e-signature, buyer matching, and outreach sequences. Consolidated 4.9M+ property records across three states. The team ran their entire business on it.
Property and contractor data platform covering 8M+ properties and 850K+ licensed contractors across 10 states. Multi-tenant SaaS with market analytics, CRM, and automated lead sourcing. Built solo as the sequel to the FST stack.
A voice assistant that runs my Mac. I say it, it happens. Calendar, messages, files, music, 40+ actions, hands never touch the keyboard.
My intelligence layer. 20+ live feeds distilled into one briefing that tells me what actually matters each day. Zero manual reading.
Market trend intelligence for a multi-continent manufacturing operation: watches consumer behavior, material markets, and industry shifts, then tells the client what to make next in weekly decision reports.
Food safety platform covering 250,000+ foods, recipes, and products with real-time allergen analysis. Safety map spans 27,000+ locations. Built for people who cannot afford to guess what is in their food.
Autonomous trading research across equities, crypto, and prediction markets. Runs 24/7, learns as it goes. Fully proprietary.
Custom systems for problems that off-the-shelf tools can't solve.
Conversational agents that run sales pipelines, qualify leads, handle objections, schedule appointments, and follow up without human involvement. Built for real operational load, not demos.
End-to-end SaaS and data platforms from database schema to deployed frontend. Multi-tenant architecture, real data at scale, and the production infrastructure to keep them running.
Multi-source signal aggregation, automated analysis, and briefing pipelines that surface what matters. Built for operators who need clarity, not more noise.
The backend architecture that holds everything together. Workflow automation, orchestration, scheduled pipelines, and the operational plumbing that keeps businesses running.
My background spans construction, education, marketing, and psychology. The throughline is always the same: find what is broken, learn what is needed, build the fix.
FST Property Group started when someone asked if I knew any tech people who could automate their real estate business. I gave myself a week and built the whole system. FullStack Real Estate came directly out of that work, and Freedman Systems is where it turned into a business: client systems built, deployed, and run on retainer.
GradFax came from watching families make blind college decisions with nothing but marketing material and paid rankings. SafeBite came from my own food allergies. Cortex came from wanting to understand markets deeply enough to build something that participates in them.
Beyond shipping products, I operate what I build. 80+ live services running simultaneously across trading systems, intelligence pipelines, AI agents, and client deployments. No handoffs, no maintenance contracts. If it is on this site, it is running right now.
Based in Los Angeles. Available for in-person work, collaboration, whatever needs to happen.
I architect AI systems, build production infrastructure, and ship software across multiple companies simultaneously. From database design to deployment, no handoffs.
Real estate, education, health, and automated trading require different thinking. Running all of them at once is pattern recognition applied to business.
Every system I build, I own. From architecture through the 2am outage and the deploy that fixed it.
I don't take on everything. If you've got a real problem that needs to be built (not consulted on, not workshopped, actually built), reach out.
