How I got here

My background spans construction, education, marketing, and psychology. The throughline is always the same: find what is broken, learn what is needed, build the fix.

FST Property Group started when someone asked if I knew any tech people who could automate their real estate business. I gave myself a week and built the whole system. FullStack Real Estate came directly out of that work.

GradFax came from watching families make blind college decisions with nothing but marketing material and paid rankings. SafeBite came from my own food allergies. Cortex came from wanting to understand markets deeply enough to build something that participates in them.

Beyond shipping products, I operate what I build. 50+ live services running simultaneously across trading systems, intelligence pipelines, AI agents, and client deployments. No handoffs, no maintenance contracts. If it is on this site, it is running right now.
