Freedman Automations is a portfolio brand for systems and software work by Josh Freedman. These terms apply to this website only. Any client engagement will identify its contracting party in a separate written agreement before work begins.
This site is a portfolio and informational site: it describes the tools, systems, and client work I've built, and offers a way to get in touch. It is not a store. There is no checkout, account creation, or payment processing anywhere on freedmanautomations.com itself. Some of the individual tools and products described here have their own applications with their own accounts and their own terms, separate from this site.
If you reach out about a project, any actual engagement (scope, price, timeline, deliverables) is agreed to separately, directly with you, before any work begins. These Terms cover your use of this website only. They don't set the terms of a specific client contract or retainer, that's its own separate agreement between us.
The content on this site, including the case studies, project descriptions, written copy, resume content, and site design, is owned by Josh Freedman unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to read it and share a link to it. Reproducing it elsewhere, or presenting it as your own work, isn't permitted without asking first.
This site links out to places like LinkedIn and other external destinations. Those sites are run by other people, and what happens once you leave freedmanautomations.com isn't something I control or take responsibility for.
This site and its content are provided as is, for information purposes. Nothing on it guarantees results for any project, system, or engagement. Actual outcomes depend on the specific work agreed to separately.
To the extent allowed by law, Josh Freedman isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything described on it. This doesn't waive any liability that can't legally be waived.
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
